A bedside clinician's perspective, translated for the courtroom.

For attorneys handling obstetric-related personal injury or medical malpractice matters, timely clarity can make or break a case. I bring 25+ years of hands-on Labor & Delivery experience to help small and medium-sized law firms interpret complex OB records, identify key events, and streamline case strategy.
My focus is on delivering accurate, neutral, and clinically grounded insights that support attorneys in making informed decisions earlier in the process. Because I am still practicing at the bedside, my understanding of current standards, workflows, and real-time obstetric care remains sharp and relevant. Every engagement is a collaborative partnership whose support expands as your caseload and needs grow.
Throughout my clinical career, I have worked extensively in Labor & Delivery with a strong focus on postpartum complications, including postpartum hemorrhage. My close collaboration with NICU teams has given me a deep understanding of how newborn outcomes are tied to maternal conditions and documentation. This insight is often valuable for cases with dual-patient implications.
I review records with an eye toward timelines, care coordination, escalation patterns, and documentation accuracy. Whether a case involves antepartum, intrapartum, or postpartum events, I bring decades of practical context that helps attorneys understand what likely happened, what should have happened, and what requires deeper review.
I primarily serve as a Legal Nurse Consultant and am also open to expert review as I continue building behind-the-scenes case experience. I support law firms that need high-quality clinical insight without the overhead of a large consulting team — especially growing firms that benefit from a consistent and reliable clinical partner. I am equally committed to collaborating with fellow LNCs on subcontracting opportunities and as a referral partner.
